A veteran-owned inspection company built on clear answers

Damien Fosmoe is the owner and inspector of Palm View Inspections, a veteran-owned Florida small business. He is a Florida-licensed home inspector through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

During a 22-year career as a U.S. Army officer, Damien developed the ability to analyze complex information quickly, adapt to changing situations, remain methodical under pressure, and communicate important information clearly and concisely — skills he now brings to every home inspection. His military career also gave him extensive firsthand experience with the challenges of finding the right home: over those 22 years, he and his family lived in 13 different homes as both homeowners and renters.

After retiring from the Army, Damien served as an Assistant Professor and Chief of Curriculum Operations at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, reflecting his professional emphasis on analysis, education, and clear communication. Damien founded Palm View Inspections to provide clients with clear findings, practical information, and responsive support as they make important decisions about a home.

Palm View serves eight Gulf Coast and Central Florida counties.
